Belgium trailed 2-0 at the second-half hydration break before Romelu Lukaku made it 2-1, then Trossard crossed for Tielemans to head in for 2-2.
Belgium won in extra time as Tielemans scored a penalty in the 125th minute to reach the last 16, where they will face the United States on July 6th in Seattle, according to Yahoo Sports.
