英国议员、英国对东盟贸易特使 Naz Shah 近日率团访问砂拉越州首府古晋，与砂拉越州总理 Abang Johari 会面，讨论砂拉越在 AI、能源和可持续经济发展方面的进展。
据 Foresight News 报道，FLock.io 机构发展负责人 Mohammed（Mo）Marikar 与 Sarawak Artificial Intelligence Centre（SAIC）CEO Prof. Patrick Then 出席相关讨论。
此次访问为英国与砂拉越在曼彻斯特签署 MoU 后的后续推进，议题包括主权 AI、能源转型和可持续发展。
今年 2 月，FLock.io 与 SAIC 完成基于联邦学习的原住民语言 LLM 微调实践。FLock.io 表示，去中心化 AI 和联邦学习可用于砂拉越公共服务、能源、医疗、农业等场景中本地训练、部署和治理的领域专用 AI 系统。
此前，FLock.io 参与曼彻斯特绿色主权 AI 基础设施合作、剑桥大学 AI 经济与政策研究合作，以及牛津大学围绕主权 AI 治理、安全、验证和可信部署的圆桌讨论。
