软银拟以OpenAI股份抵押贷款100亿美元

据财联社报道，因私有企业估值难度较大，软银集团此前的百亿美元贷款计划一度搁浅。该集团近期再度与多家贷款机构组成的银团磋商，拟以所持OpenAI股份为抵押申请总额100亿美元贷款，并承诺为该笔贷款提供还款担保；若抵押的OpenAI股份贬值，银行可向软银追索偿付。
