Senegal midfielder Pape Gueye said he will be “taking a break” from international duty as long as coach Pape Thiaw and his staff remain in charge, following Senegal’s World Cup last-32 exit to Belgium. Senegal led 2-0 through goals by Habib Diarra and Ismaila Sarr before late strikes from Romelu Lukaku and Youri Tielemans forced extra time, and Tielemans scored a 125th-minute penalty to complete Belgium’s comeback, according to Yahoo Sports.
