渣打银行与 Circle 联合宣布推出面向机构客户的 USDC 铸造与兑换一体化访问服务。据 Foresight News 报道，渣打银行称其成为首家获得相关许可的全球系统重要性银行（G-SIB），符合条件的机构客户可通过单一注册与服务流程使用 USDC，无需在 Circle 单独开设账户。
该功能目前通过渣打银行迪拜国际金融中心（DIFC）业务向符合条件的客户开放，整合法币银行、数字资产基础设施与公共区块链网络，支持链上结算、资金管理及流动性管理等机构应用场景。渣打银行表示，计划在获得监管批准及市场条件成熟的前提下，将该功能拓展至更多市场。
