国联民生证券拟2.67亿元转让中海基金58.409%股权

据界面新闻报道，7月1日，国联民生证券（601456.SH）公告称，在公开挂牌转让中海基金股权期间征集到成都交子新兴金融投资集团股份有限公司一个意向受让方；6月30日，国联民生证券与法国爱德蒙得洛希尔银行与交子新兴集团签订《产权交易合同》，拟将所持中海基金33.409%和25%股权一并转让给交子新兴集团，交易总对价2.67亿元，其中1.53亿元用于购买国联民生证券所持股权。公告称，交子新兴集团取得公募基金股东资格仍需中国证监会核准；其已向上海联合产权交易所支付5340万元保证金。
