Carry Wealth Holdings (0643) said it received an originating summons stop notice issued by the High Court on June 30 this year, according to Ming Pao.
The company said the notice was filed by applicant Giant Fortune International Development and seeks to restrict the transfer of 411 million shares currently registered under MARS Worldwide, as well as the payment of any dividends or interest on those shares, until 14 days’ notice has been given to Giant Fortune’s legal representative.
