SoftBank Group已就一笔以所持OpenAI股权为抵押的100亿美元贷款与贷款银团重启谈判。
据Odaily星球日报报道，为回应贷款方对私营企业估值难度的顾虑，SoftBank Group提议为贷款偿还提供担保；若作为抵押品的OpenAI股份贬值，银行可向SoftBank Group追索。
该贷款财团预计将包括Goldman Sachs、JPMorgan Chase和Mizuho Group。
