Technology analyst Dan Ives said he will leave Wedbush Securities to start a new venture aimed at building a “modern merchant bank” focused on artificial intelligence opportunities.
According to Odaily, Ives said the new institution will combine research, investment banking advisory, capital raising, and investment activities.
He said the organization will provide integrated financial and research services for companies and investors, centered on structural changes driven by AI.
