中科宇航更新科创板招股书

据界面新闻报道，6月29日，中科宇航技术股份有限公司在上交所官网更新科创板IPO招股说明书（申报稿），同步披露完整2025年度财务数据，审核状态维持“已问询”；蓝箭航天同日也更新科创板招股说明书。招股书显示，中科宇航2023-2025年营收分别为7772万元、2.44亿元、2.77亿元，2025年归母净亏损11.19亿元，经营现金流净额为-8.65亿元；本次IPO拟募资41.8亿元，主要投向可重复使用大型运载火箭研发等项目。
