Lido 社区发布 0x02 CSM 提案，拟在 Lido 协议中新增一个无需许可的社区质押模块，支持节点运营商通过 0x02 提款凭证运行验证器，单个验证器最大有效余额可达 2,048 ETH。
据 Foresight News 报道，若提案获批，0x02 CSM 将与现有 0x01 CSM 并行运行，0x01 CSM 继续服务较小型运营商及 ICS、IDVTC 等类型，0x02 CSM 面向资本更充足的独立运营商。
提案参数包括首个验证器密钥保证金 32 ETH、后续密钥 30 ETH；节点运营商与 DAO 奖励分成为 2% / 8%，资本乘数最高约 2.26 倍。
0x01 CSM 与 0x02 CSM 合计最大质押份额上限拟设为 20%，相关运营和应急权限拟交由 CSM Committee 负责。
