Bitcoin climbed back toward $60,000 after Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh said inflation risks had eased while reaffirming the Fed’s commitment to a 2% inflation target. The token was up more than 2% over the past 24 hours, according to CoinDesk, after Warsh declined to give guidance on the next rate decision ahead of a meeting in four weeks at a panel at the ECB’s annual forum in Sintra, Portugal. Warsh also said AI-driven investment could expand U.S. productive capacity, with potential implications for future monetary policy.
