比特币矿企 Bitfarms 正在采取“毒丸”策略，以防止同行和竞争对手 Riot Platforms 的收购。据悉，股权摊薄反收购措施，又称“毒丸计划”，是为了防止公司遭到未经请求的收购并试图降低其吸引力而采取的措施。Bitfarms 表示，该计划已获得董事会批准，“旨在维护其之前宣布的战略替代审查流程的完整性，并符合股东的最佳利益”。
此前消息，Riot Platforms 在过去几周内累计收购了 Bitfarms 12%的股份，力图打造全球最大的比特币矿企之一。
