Serenity表示，关于Meta因“过度建设”而削减资本支出的信息存在大量误导，称Meta仅在存在过剩产能时才会出售算力，而当前情况似乎相反。
据Odaily星球日报报道，Serenity称，hyperscaler如Google曾因算力受限于3月削减对Meta的算力分配，因Meta内部项目消耗过多资源；Meta随后面临算力约束，并被迫与Neoclouds如CoreWeave和Nebius签订超480亿美元合同。
Serenity称，Meta与Neoclouds签订的大型合同多为照付不议协议，并预计Meta的指引资本支出将上升，因其正建设更多独立产能。
