欧洲加密资产市场监管框架 MiCA 于 7 月 1 日全面生效，过渡性“祖父条款”期结束，未取得完整牌照的加密资产服务提供商（CASP）必须在欧盟停止运营。
据 NS3 报道，欧盟委员会已于 5 月启动公众咨询，以评估该框架是否仍适用。Patrick Hansen 表示，鉴于加密资产与稳定币市场快速演变，此次审查在预期之内。
