A CryptoQuant analyst said Bitcoin’s net supply ratio has remained in negative territory for a week, with the latest reading falling to -0.075, which he said triggered a buy signal.
According to ChainCatcher, CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost said the indicator is based on the profit-and-loss status of unspent transaction outputs (UTXOs) and is used to assess whether the market’s overall supply is in profit or loss.
He added that the metric is intended to help judge whether an accumulation phase may be forming.
