GalaxyCore said its shares triggered an abnormal trading disclosure after the stock’s cumulative deviation in closing-price gains exceeded 30% over two consecutive trading days on June 30, 2026, and July 1, 2026.

According to Jin10, the company said market attention has recently focused on the introduction of its ultra-high-pixel products to major customers and on its Lingang 12-inch wafer fab.

After internal verification, GalaxyCore said development of its 200-megapixel product has progressed smoothly and it has reached preliminary cooperation intentions with some customers, but it has not yet formed customer product shipments.

The company said it has long focused on CMOS image sensors (CIS) and display driver chips, and that the Lingang facility currently mainly produces its high-end CIS products. GalaxyCore added that it will continue to focus on its core business for process development and product research and development.

GalaxyCore said information circulated by certain market institutions does not reflect the company’s actual operating progress and does not represent any business commitment. It added that the realization of the projects may be affected by factors including the policy environment, market demand, and its own operating conditions, and that there is a risk the projects may not be realized.
