据 NS3 报道，波兰总统卡罗尔·纳夫罗茨基（Karol Nawrocki）多次否决相关实施法案，迫使企业赴海外申请牌照或面临停业风险。
波兰金融监管局（KNF）发言人雅采克·巴尔什切夫斯基（Jacek Barszczewski）称，除电子货币代币（EMT）发行方外，波兰尚未指定任何公共机构负责监管MiCA覆盖的相关活动。
