HelloBike has established a new subsidiary, Hefei Hello Technology Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB10 million, according to 36Kr. Tianyancha data shows the company was recently incorporated with Wu Chuanfan as legal representative; its business scope includes shared bicycle services and Internet of Things (IoT) technology services. The entity is wholly owned by Shanghai Hello Inclusive Technology Co., Ltd., a unit under HelloBike.
