阿齐兹称，霍尔木兹海峡管理权掌握在伊朗手中；保障黎巴嫩主权应通过结束以色列的占领和侵略来实现。
他此前还表示，地区国家押注于美国的计划将破坏这些国家的稳定与安全，美国军事基地已对地区国家构成威胁，而非保护。
