Techdollar, a blockchain-based private credit platform, said it has completed a $3 million pre-seed funding round.
According to ChainCatcher, the round included participation from NoLimit Holdings and Reforge VC, along with individual investors Newmichwill, RoyLearner, and Ansem.
The company said its platform enables founders, employees, venture capital investors, and family offices to borrow against equity in private technology companies without selling shares. Techdollar said it uses a stablecoin-style issuance mechanism and integrates with on-chain liquidity infrastructure to provide faster access to capital, while keeping custody and compliance underwriting processes off-chain.
