台湾立法院三读通过《虚拟资产服务法》，对已完成反洗钱登记的加密平台设定12个月与21个月的过渡期限。
据 NS3 报道，总统赖清德预计将在10天内公布该法。
法案要求稳定币发行方须取得台湾“中央银行”及金融监督管理委员会批准，并维持100%准备金支持。
对非法经营者，最高可处7年有期徒刑，并处最高新台币1亿元罚金。
