Sivers Semiconductors（SIVE）已完成一轮7亿瑞典克朗的增资融资，融资获数倍超额认购，并在原定基础上小幅上调规模，资金将用于扩大InP（磷化铟）激光器及光学放大器产能，并采用轻资产晶圆厂（fab-light）模式进行产能爬坡。
据Odaily星球日报报道，Serenity称该轮融资价格为每股57瑞典克朗，而当前股价约63瑞典克朗；其还表示，随着机构资金进入，可降低SIVE资产负债表风险，并为其向高规模量产（HVM）阶段过渡提供资金支持。
