Shenzhen Metro Group said in a June 30 announcement that Huang Liping has been appointed chairman of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., and has been removed from his role as general manager, according to 36Kr. The chairman position had been vacant since former chairman Xin Jie stepped down in April 2026.
