美国解除Anthropic两款Claude模型出口管制

美国商务部于6月30日解除对Anthropic的Claude Fable 5和Mythos 5的出口管制，并将于7月1日起恢复全球完整访问。据 BeInCrypto 报道，此前该管制于6月12日出台，距两款模型6月9日上线仅三天，原因据称与国家安全及潜在“越狱”风险有关，Anthropic一度在Claude.ai、API、AWS Bedrock等平台下线相关服务。
