Phantom has hired two Ventuals co-founders and a software engineer following the recent shutdown of Ventuals’ stock token trading platform.
According to NS3.AI, Phantom said the move was a talent acquisition rather than an acquisition of Ventuals or any of its products.
Phantom added that it is not acquiring Ventuals itself or taking over its offerings.
