Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that “cost-free passage” through the Strait of Hormuz would last only 60 days under a memorandum of understanding. According to Jin10, Ghalibaf said the arrangement was based on the terms set out in the memorandum.
