Iran said there is currently no clear timetable for restarting nuclear talks with the United States.

According to Jin10, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baghaei said Iran would not specify whether it would resume negotiations with the U.S. before a timetable is set for Israel’s withdrawal from Lebanon.

In an interview with Iranian state television, Baghaei said Iran needs assurances that Israeli forces will leave Lebanon and that the fighting there will not continue to escalate.

He added that, on that basis, Iran will decide its next steps depending on how the situation develops in the coming days.
