Singaporean authorities, including the Singapore cyber security agency, have issued a joint warning to alert local businesses to the growing threat of Akira ransomware variants.
The ransomware Akira, which stole $42 million from more than 250 organisations in North America, Europe and Australia in a year, is now aggressively targeting businesses in Singapore, the warning said.
