USD.AI 发推称，正在与 BSQ Capital Partners 组建合资企业，为亚太地区的 AI 计算提供融资。
据 Foresight News 报道，该合资企业初期目标是提供 3 亿美元的 GPU 支持融资，并计划随着业绩里程碑的达成，逐步扩大规模至 10 亿美元。
根据合作协议，BSQ Capital Partners 将担任投资管理人，负责在包括但不限于澳大利亚、日本、韩国、东南亚和印度等亚太主要市场发起和管理交易。
USD.AI 将提供融资资金，并利用其程序化承销平台和技术，将高性能计算硬件转化为可融资的抵押品。
