Empery Digital has signed a definitive cooperation agreement with Hunt Properties to invest $65 million for a 25% equity stake in a newly formed project entity focused on developing an AI data center.
According to NS3.AI, the new entity plans to acquire and repurpose industrial facilities in the U.S. Midwest to build a professional AI data center.
Empery Digital also said it will stop making public disclosures based on the net asset value (NAV) of its Bitcoin holdings.
