Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baghaei reiterated Tehran’s position on the war issue in Lebanon.
According to Jin10, Baghaei told reporters that the United States must work to end the war on all fronts, especially the war in Lebanon, which he said was crucial to comply with the first paragraph of a memorandum of understanding.
He added that the United States must keep its commitments and, when necessary, compel Israel to fulfill its commitments.
Baghaei said the standard Iran uses to assess whether the United States has honored its commitments is the text of the memorandum of understanding.
