SK 海力士拟发行美国存托股份（ADS），并申请在纳斯达克全球精选市场挂牌上市，股票交易代码为“SKHY”。招股书显示，发行规模、发行价格及 ADS 对应的普通股比例尚未披露，相关条款将根据韩国 KOSPI 市场股价及整体市场环境确定。赴美上市完成后，公司将继续维持其在韩国市场的上市地位。
