SK 海力士 6 月 24 日宣布，已提交纳斯达克上市申请，计划通过美国存托凭证 ADR 上市筹集最高 45 万亿韩元，约合 290 亿美元。
据Odaily星球日报报道，ADR 将于 7 月上市，募集资金将用于在韩国建设工厂及购买 EUV 设备。
