Sturgeon Aquaculture Technology (06715.HK), known as Hong Kong’s first “caviar stock,” rose more than 40% intraday on its first day of trading.
According to Jin10, the company’s IPO was subscribed more than 2,100 times. The shares were priced at HK$75.5 each, and the stock closed up 37% in grey-market trading the previous day.
