大快活（0052）主席罗开扬自去年4月起由执行董事转任非执行董事，并将管理工作交棒予儿子、兼副主席罗辉承。据明报报道，罗辉承今年亲自撰写大快活业绩中的管理层展望及致谢等内容，并在业绩会上与行政总裁李碧琦共同主持会议。
