Fairwood Holdings (0052) said chairman Lo Hoi-Yeung stepped down from executive director to non-executive director starting in April last year, handing over leadership to his son and vice chairman Lo Fai-Shing, according to Ming Pao.
The report said Lo Fai-Shing personally wrote the management outlook and acknowledgements in Fairwood’s results materials this year, and he co-hosted the results briefing with CEO Li Pik-Kei.
