评级机构惠誉发布报告称，据明报报道，由于中国大陆低线城市持续疲弱，抵消少数较强市场的复苏势头，将2026年中国大陆一手住宅物业销售额预测由原先下跌7%至8%，修订为下跌11%至13%。
惠誉表示，此次修订亦反映大部分置业需求已被二手住宅交易吸纳，在高线城市中尤为明显。
