Honda Delays Astemo Capital Restructuring to End of FY2027 Q3

Honda Motor said on June 30 that Astemo’s planned capital structure adjustment and conversion into a subsidiary will be delayed, as antitrust reviews and related regulatory approvals in some countries and regions have not yet been completed, according to 36Kr. The company had previously planned to complete the transaction in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, but now expects it to be completed by the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2027.
