据 NS3 报道，自 7 月起，用户需提供包括交易对手姓名及平台名称等信息；向自托管地址转账时，用户还需验证并声明钱包所有权。
澳大利亚交易报告与分析中心（AUSTRAC）将负责执法，该规则不设最低金额门槛。
