Binance Futures COIN-M System Upgrade Will Pause Trading and Add a 30-Minute Cancel-Only Window

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Futures COIN-M is scheduled to undergo a system upgrade from 2026-06-30 01:00 (UTC) to 2026-06-30 07:00 (UTC), during which the market session state will be Pending Trading. Binance said the upgrade is expected to take approximately 6 hours to complete, and it plans to publish a separate announcement once the upgrade is finished. The exchange also recommended that users with open positions in COIN-M Futures re-assess their collateral balances and review affected services before the upgrade begins, citing the need to mitigate against potential price fluctuations that may occur during the maintenance period.Market Session Timeline: Binance stated that a 30 minutes cancel-only phase will begin at 2026-06-30 07:00 (UTC), with the market session state changing to Cancel Only. During this period, users will be allowed to submit, modify, or cancel Post-Only orders only. Service Resumption: All services are set to resume at 2026-06-30 07:30 (UTC), when the market session state will return to Continuous Trading.
