据新浪财经报道，OpenAI已成立专项调查小组，针对近期大量用户反馈的Codex额度消耗异常加速问题展开紧急调查。自上周以来，多名ChatGPT付费用户称Codex周额度在几乎未使用情况下快速下降，部分用户额度一天内从96%降至0%；Codex产品负责人Tibo Sottiaux表示团队已于上周日开设作战室审查系统日志，并实施第二次全网用户硬重置，此前OpenAI在6月27日的首次重置未解决问题。
