伦敦金融科技公司Revolut公布内部招聘“作战手册”，称去年为填补约1000个岗位审阅逾100万份申请，录取率接近0.1%。据 BeInCrypto 报道，该蓝图由其CEO尼克·斯托龙斯基（Nik Storonsky）创立的量化风投QuantumLight推出，Revolut称公司员工数从2017年的100人增至2025年逾1.2万人；估值从2024年的450亿美元升至11月交易中的750亿美元，并在2025年录得23亿美元年度利润。
