On June 10th, the voting for the 10th European Parliament election ended on the evening of the 9th. As of 23:25 Brussels time on the 9th (5:25 Beijing time on the 10th), preliminary statistics released by the European Parliament showed that the center-left Social Democratic Party group won 135 seats, the center-standing Renaissance Europe group won 80 seats, the right-wing European Conservative and Reform Party won 72 seats, the far-right "Identity and Democracy" group won 58 seats, the Green Party and the European Liberal Union group won 52 seats, and the left-wing coalition group won 36 seats. The current European Parliament elections were held in the 27 member states of the European Union from the 6th to the 9th. The turnout in this election was 51%, slightly higher than the 50.66% in the 2019 election.
