The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has fined Bank of America’s Merrill Securities $7.5 million for failing to file multiple suspicious activity reports.
According to Odaily, the penalty was issued after the SEC found that Merrill Securities did not submit several required suspicious activity reports.
