Bitdeer Technologies Group（纳斯达克: BTDR）称，其全资子公司 Tydal Data Center AS 已就位于挪威 Tydal 的 AI 数据中心场地签署一份托管租约。
据 Foresight News 报道，该租约尚未生效，需满足若干 Bitdeer 无法控制的前提条件，包括对方完成相关外部客户和供应商安排，公司无法保证这些条件能够满足或租约最终生效。
Bitdeer 首席战略官 Haris Basit 表示，待租约生效后将公布交易条款及战略背景等完整细节，预计这一公告将在未来一个月内发布。
