据金十数据报道，LBBW高级固定收益分析师Elmar Voelker预计，欧元区第三季度政府债券总发行量预计将环比下降20%，至3230亿欧元。
他表示，净发行量（总发行量减去赎回量）料将增加5%，至略低于1100亿欧元。
他称，该预测基于各国国债管理机构将继续遵循季节性发行规律，即夏季月份债券供应通常会放缓；过去四年中，欧元区政府债券总发行量从第二季度过渡到第三季度时，环比降幅均介于18%至23%之间。
此外，欧元区年度债券融资完成率已达到60%。
