据Odaily星球日报报道，Nebex由前Axiom Space首席执行官Tejpaul Bhatia创立，计划搭建连接全球太空产业交易的在线平台，撮合美国航天公司、寻求采购或建设太空能力的外国机构及希望参与相关融资的投资者，并从交易中收取手续费。
