三星等三大内存厂商在美遭集体诉讼

据财联社报道，随着全球内存短缺危机加剧，美国当地消费者和小型企业对三星、SK海力士和美光提起集体诉讼，指控其涉嫌操纵内存价格并限制全球供应。该诉讼于6月25日在美国加利福尼亚州联邦法院提出；诉状称三家公司几乎控制全球DRAM市场全部供应，并在价格大幅上涨期间限制传统DRAM产品供应。
