Hive Digital Technologies said it plans to raise $100 million by issuing zero-coupon exchangeable senior notes due 2031 to further expand its computing power infrastructure. According to Odaily, the company is a Bitcoin mining firm and data center operator.

Hive also said it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with a Swedish sovereign technology company with an investment-grade credit rating to lease about 30 MW of computing resources at its data center for up to 10 years.

Under the proposed arrangement, Hive plans to deploy about 25 MW of IT computing capacity and may use up to 10,000 Nvidia GB300 GPUs. The company said the letter of intent remains subject to further negotiations and the signing of a final definitive agreement.
